American Olympians prove American Exceptionalism by their willingness to sacrifice, and persevere through the grinding competition to get on the Olympic team, and have their National Anthem played as they are accepting the Gold Medal for their country, That is what matters, not the design of their outfit while competing.
Mr Webb is off base, but I kind of think that is what he gets paid for.
