The sense of privilege and elitism these guys exude. Somehow Romney/Ryan and their ilk live in a deluded fantasy world that informs them that they are superior to everyone else. They aren't. Where it really counts, every man, woman and child on Earth are completely equal.
Completely.
Any assumption to the contrary is irrational.
