Americans really have a difficulty comprehending or accepting the notion that they are constantly propagandized, and that the idea's they invite into their homes via the media, from warm and friendly newsreaders, don't have to be honest or true.
Americans are some of the most gullible humans on earth ... the "sucker born every minute."
My epiphany on the brazen nature of propaganda came to me when I read a WWII occupation newspaper from Manila in which the Japanese influenced editors were singing the song of triumph over how the valiant German Military pushed the hapless invading Allies into the sea.
The story was about D-Day.
