The Paul Ryan Budget would end Medicare as a program that seniors can count on for their Health Care at the most critical time of their lives, and replace it with a "Free Market" voucher system that will cut life expectancy and promise that the vast majority of American seniors will end their lives in poverty.
This is the promise from the GOP and the Romney/Ryan ticket to the seniors of the United States of America.
