Whether Akin stays in the race or not has nothing to do with the desires of John Cornyn or Mitch McConnell ... the Republicans of Missouri just voted for Akin to represent them in the Senate race, you just can't flush that vote to satisfy the needs of non-Missouri Republicans. What about State's Rights?
