I really think Fox "News" started cooling to Sarah Palin when the allegations in Joe McGinniss's book came out. The alleged affair Palin had with Glen Rice did not jive with her "Mama Grizzly" image from the Great White North. My guess is that Fox "News" did some independent research into the claims in McGinniss's book and decided it was time to pull the plug on her as a spokes-model for the Right Wing cause.
