Oh yeah, an expanding population living in poverty is a GREAT idea. All of these well-healed scions should have a little talk with their contemporaries in the third world. See how wonderful it is to have your child kidnapped from school for a ransom that when paid, results in the child being murdered anyway. The corrupt cops you will have to payoff to prevent them from looking the other way when your business is slated for ransacking (for which the cop will get a cut as well). Or the fact that your trusted security personal are as completely capable of robbing or murdering you and your family members as the criminals you are hiring them to protect you from.
Oh, the Galt-ites are just going to LOVE Third World America .... maybe they can even come up with a new name for themselves. How about: ELOI.
