Speaker Boehner has it in his power to extend Middle Class Tax Cuts right now. He's not doing it. Mitch McConnell has the power to extend the Middle Class Tax Cuts right now. He's not doing it.
For Speaker Boehner and Mitch McConnell talk on the Middle Class is cheap. They can take one step, right now, that will help the Middle Class ... extending the Tax Cuts ... and they refuse to do it.
If Speaker Boehner and Mitch McConnell sent an extension of Middle Class Tax Cuts to the President right now, he would sign it.
So, Speaker Boehner and Mitch McConnell should avoid invoking their "love" of the Middle Class when they have no intention of acting in a concrete way to express that "love".
