Antonin Scalia Blasts Health Care Reform Decision, Says Supreme Court Is Not 'Political'


the US Supreme court isn't political? In 2000, five Justices who owed their appointment to the high court to George H.W. Bush appointed his son, George W. Bush, President of the United States, in a ruling they declared could not be used as precedent for any future Presidential electoral standoff.



Tell me that wasn't an act of Quid Pro Quo politics. Tell me again that what occurred on 2000 wasn't a coup, with the Supreme Court as its instrument.



Tell me again how the Supreme Court isn't political ... I could use a laugh with my morning coffee.
