The obvious thing to do is to put a hold on all of these Voter ID laws nationwide until the issue can be settled in the court. I'm sure by January or February of 2013 this issue can be settled once and for all. Also, all of the voter purges nationwide affecting Federal Elections should be put on hold as well. All of these unilateral GOP decisions affecting Voting Rights must be adjudicated. Republican Legislators and Governors can't reinvent Constitutional Law to suit their political need, and that is what is occurring in this case quite blatantly.
