Romney isn't clear on the concept. Romney proves Senator Reid wrong by providing the Tax Returns and showing the world that the Senator is wrong. By engaging in this gandy-dancing about the issue of his taxes, Romney is proving Senator Reid right.
The only thing that clears this issue up is providing the tax returns he is currently hiding.
And, yes ... America cares.
