I think it is admirable that Rep Kelly gave a a job as message adviser to the guy who was living in a cardboard box under the freeway I used to hear screaming about "Birth Control" and "Pearl Harbor" at passersby. It looks like having an individual, whose eyes would roll independent of one another, working on a Congressional Republicans Staff is paying big dividends!
Way to go, Representative Kelly, you job creator, you.
