I remember watching Kucinich reading his articles of impeachment against Bush on the House floor. He had the right idea. If the Democrats hadn't tacitly gone along with the Bush Administration on its offenses and crimes against humanity then Bush would have been impeached. At least Kucinich read the charges into the Congressional Record.
