In Health Care Case, Supreme Court Conservatives Could Go Either Way (VIDEO)

The Conservatives on the Court are really in a spot here. This Insurance Mandate is a very pro-business concept. The Insurance Mandate states that Americans must purchase health insurance, but without a public option that means that Americans are required to buy a private sector product, exactly like laws that require drivers to purchase auto insurance from private sector companies. If the Conservatives vote against the insurance mandate then they are actually stabbing business in the back. If they say the Insurance Mandate is Constitutional then they give President Obama a political victory ... and let's be clear here, the decision this Court renders on the Affordable Care Act is nothing if not political.

Additionally, if the Supreme Court strikes down the Insurance Mandate it opens the door to a new wave of Americans pushing for the only reasonable system of Health Care a nation that considers itself advanced should have .... Comprehensive Universal Single Payer.

Do the Conservatives on the court want to risk opening that Pandora's Box?
