So it only took the humiliation, torment and ultimate suicide of a 16 year-old rape victim to cause the Moroccan government to have an epiphany on this matter? If the Moroccan government is looking at ways to "amend a law allowing rapists to marry their underage female victims" (since they have evidently decided repealing the repugnant law outright is too extreme), how about, in lieu of marriage, if the perpetrator of the child rape is instead publicly castrated?
