This Republican Primary process is too volatile for any of the current candidates to consider dropping out. In fact, some of the candidates that dropped out previously should consider getting back in. If Romney was going to cement his position as the nominee he would have done it last night, and Santorum has no reason to claim victory at this point either. There is a lot of road left in this race and Gingrich could just as easily pull it out as anyone currently in it.
Gingrich has every reason to stay in the race, as do Santorum and Paul. Nothing has been decided.
