Hopefully it is understood that this is just another case of Corporate Welfare. Politicians pass a law to have Drug Tests for Jobless, so that they get campaign support from the companies that supply the meaningless tests that will now be paid for with Taxpayer money, It's just a political kickback scam cloaked in faux morality.
