Will George Zimmerman Be Convicted?

I am curious if the possibility of tampering in this case by George Zimmerman's father, Retired Magistrate Judge Robert Zimmerman, will be pursued. It is very odd that both the chief of police and the original prosecutor recused themselves in this matter. Why would they do that? The focus is on the "Stand Your Ground" law, but what if the most important factor is that extra-judicial tampering, within the framework of professional courtesy, caused this case to be purposely contaminated.

It is important to determine innocence or guilt in the killing of Trayvon Martin, but so to it is important to know if impropriety by the Sanford Police Department, and the original prosecutor, resulted in George Zimmerman receiving preferential treatment, due to his father being a retired Magistrate Judge, that may have contaminated the case.

Let us not be naive here, human beings are inherently corrupt, and being a police officer, prosecutor, or judge does not provide an exception to that rule.
