t and the NSA is that Cell Phones are a vanity item. People tend to carry them with them all the time, and leave them on so they won't miss a call. Via Cell Phones people can be tracked with a certain degree of confidence
, for Cell Phones aren't generally shared.

d. Here's why. There is an IPhone app that tracks the actual position of Transit Buses via GPS, so a commuter can know how much time they have to get to the Bus Stop. Now, this app gets your location and compares it to nearby buses. There is no way it can do that if it isn't using a remote server to correlate user/bus location data.
