NSA Collected Thousands Of Emails, Other Communications By Americans With No Terror Ties

I would think that one ... only one ... individual whose e-mail was compromised by the NSA would have standing in Federal Court if they wanted to pursue the issue of NSA Surveillance to the US Supreme Court. The NSA should be required to disclose whose e-mails was unlawfully accessed.
