Mitch McConnell Avoids Endorsing Medicare Changes In Paul Ryan's Budget Plan (VIDEO)


If the Republican­s in the Senate vote against the Ryan Plan after the Republican­s in the House voted for it in near uniformity it will be sending a message to the Republican base that there is no cohesion in their party at all. Republican­s that vote against the Ryan Plan will be seen as turncoats and probably face Primary Challenges if they are up for election in 2012.



Anything but a bloc vote for the Ryan Plan by the Senate Republican­s sends a message to the Republican faithful that they lack spine, generally the knock on Democrats.
