When the Bush Doctrine of preventive war was introduced it was obviously an open declaration of war against every sovereign nation on earth. These drone attacks that are occurring in Pakistan now could just as easily be taking place in France, Brazil, Japan, Britain, Australia, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, China, Russia ... name it.
I was quite surprised at the time there was no global outrage when George W Bush stated through his actions that this was the United States' world, and the peons in the rest of the world just live in it. These ongoing drone strikes support Bush's worldview on this matter.
