The Supreme Court's Conservative Majority has made a mockery of the institution. I understand E. J. Dionne point of view, but I wouldn't hold my breath on Scalia's resignation.
Scalia was never appointed to the court to be an actual judge. His political commentary makes perfect sense when his placement on the court is taken in the proper context.
