Mitt Romney-Marco Rubio Ticket 'Would Be An Insult To The Hispanic Community': David Axelrod

I'd say Axelrod is perfectly correct. Cubans are a protected class of Hispanic due to their political value. Other Hispanics do not enjoy the benefits that Cubans do, and Cubans are openly contemptuous of other Hispanics. I really don't see a Romney-Rubio ticket as an outreach to Hispanics.
