Dick Cheney and the Neocon establishment are probably really disappointed that President Obama got Bin Laden for it ruined their excuse to engage in more illegal invasions of poor resource nations for fun and profit. I wouldn't be surprised if Cheney and company not only knew Bin Laden was staying in Pakistan, but worked with their friends in the Pakistan Military and ISI to protect him there. Highly unlikely the Neocon's ever imagined President Obama would have the nerve to go into Pakistan after Bin Laden after what happened to Carter with the failed Iran raid. Bin Laden alive was an asset to Cheney and his Neocon Fellow travelers and President Obama taking Bin Laden down deprived them of a narrative they needed to further their dark aims.
In short, I think it absolutely enrages Cheney that President Obama did the right thing and got Bin Laden. Absolutely enrages him.
