Roy Blunt Raises Specter Of Federal Gun Registry, Despite Explicit Ban

If we register and insure cars we should register and insure guns too. That falls well within the parameters of "well regulated", invoked in the 2nd Amendment. My questions is, why do people want to keep their ownership of guns hidden? That's very suspicious in itself.
