I didn't know that pressure cookers were being used to make bombs, but thanks to a recent radio news report not only am I aware of this possibility, but I have a fairly clear idea how such a bomb is built and detonated.
Tell me, how do you define clueless, self-defeating and socially irresponsible? I think this news organization clarified these definitions for me.
