We all know at this point that Assad, and his inner circle's location, is known by Intelligence Services. We have satellites capable of reading the date on a dime, picking up heat signatures, all that fun stuff. I wouldn't even threaten Assad any further because we don't need to, he knows it is unacceptable to gas his own people. If he crosses the line and commits a crime against humanity he should be obliterated, along with his inner circle, and the paymasters of the Syrian Armed Forces. It makes no sense to put boots on the ground when Assad can be eliminated remotely. We all know it wouldn't be difficult to do, it only would take the will to do it.
The International Community should make an example of Assad if he wants to cross the line into mass murder by chemical weapons. Treat his elimination as a teaching moment.
