The People of Egypt are not going to replace the dictatorial rule of a foreign puppet with the dictatorial rule of religious extremists. The Muslim Brotherhood was the most organized entity in Egypt after the fall of Mubarak and they thought they could slip into the void and take power ... they were wrong, and by arrogantly overstepping their authority they will be vanquished by The People of Egypt as well. It will take a while for the situation to settle down, but I think it is fair to say The People of Egypt aren't in any mood to accept a "new boss same as the old boss."
