Claire McCaskill's Sweeping Overhaul Of Wartime Contracting Passes Senate
I think this is a great effort and I commend Senators McCaskill and Webb for taking this on.
One question I have is does this legislation contain a provision to hold management of contracting firms criminally liable when subcontractors they retain are found to be engaging in human trafficking? Seems it should since that dynamic is prevalent, is evil, and reflects poorly on the image of the United States of America as a light of Liberty and Freedom in the world.
