So now we 49er's fans know what happened to Ted Ginn
"Ginn was knocked out with a hit in the second quarter against the New Orleans Saints. He has a knee injury and has not been able to practice. As of Friday, January 20 Ginn has not been able to participate in any drills and it is looking like he won't be able to play in the game. At this point the 49ers have not ruled him out and he is likely to be a game time decision. Even if he can play, he might be limited. This is the kind of injury that could make a difference between winning and losing a game."

The loss of Ginn was huge in the NFC Championship Game against the Giants. Huge.
