The Greeks were too smart for their own good. They figured by staying in the EU they could game the situation to their benefit, but instead they are being bled and butchered like a goat. Their wisest move was to take the Icelandic path, now they are stuck in the tar pit and slowly sinking. Highly unlikely the situation in Greece gets better.
