Definition is off. Not Far-Left, but Left ...
Pragmatic, Center-Left Democrats are actually Conservatives. Go-along to get along types. Not bold, not innovative, and their record of holding the "Left" position, has been pretty dismal over the last 30 years as Republicans used the Pragmatic, Center-Left posturing of "docility as virtue" to drive the nation to the right, and Americans into a lower standard of living.
To reiterate, in 30 years Pragmatic, Center-Left Democrats have nothing to be proud of.
"But what about Clinton!" someone shouts ...
Another vote for Cory Booker..
A Center-Left Pragmatic Democrat.
