Until the culture of the sexual humiliation of woman as an acceptable form of R&R in red light districts outside US Bases around the world is addressed, you are going to have sexual assaults on women in the US Military when those other "outlets" aren't available. You can't say foreign Bargirls being sexually abused by US Military personnel is just "good clean fun" or "boys being boys" and then be surprised when women in the military face similar treatment ... it's all part of the same issue. Degradation of woman for the purpose of prurient entertainment.
