-Limbaugh then addressed the media at large. "The media has done nothing but try to destroy the NRA the last 18 days. The last 18 days they have tried to humiliate, destroy, obliterate Wayne LaPierre, the NRA, anybody else associated with it. People are buying guns at a record clip. Joining the NRA at a record clip. What do these people in the media think? I'll tell u what they think. They are ticked off. They think that people ought to be quitting the NRA; that people should be resigning from the NRA."-
Reality Check: In a nation of 310 million people the NRA has a membership of 4.2 million, AFTER the post Newtown ghoul rush. The vast majority of American gun owners aren't members of the NRA.
