Rand Paul will deliver the Tea Party response from a secret, underground bunker filled with tubs of peanut butter, cheese whiz in lead lined tubes, and crates of saltines ... there will be freshly tanned varmint skins curing behind him, the Senator will be crouching naked but for a loin cloth fashioned from the cover of "Atlas Shrugged" ... he will be smeared with skunk scented camo oils, and will be clutching an AR-15 with the face of Jesus ... strike that ... Ted Nugent ,,, etched into the stock.
Sigourney Weaver would be challenged to manifest such a righteous and menacing visage.
