Osama Bin Laden Killed While Firing At SEALS: Reports

I'm guessing SEAL Team 6 earned the President'­s confidence to take out Bin Laden with their successful rescue of captives from the Somali pirates in 2009. I would be curious to know if the President requested that team personally for this mission.
