The Bin Laden Bounce: How Will Obama Use This Moment of Unexpected Unity?

I've seen no unity. I see Republican­s giving credit to George W Bush for the success of President Obama. I see Right Wing media underminin­g the successful eliminatio­n of their own Public Enemy Number One ... (let me correct that, Bin Laden was the Right Wings public enemy number one until President Obama was elected).



Let me reiterate, invoking American Unity as the response to the taking down of an individual responsibl­e for the deaths of over 3000 Americans is poetic, but has nothing to do with the America we now live in.



The United States of America isn't.
