You know what the difference is between well educated American workers and imported, well educated Foreign workers? Loyalty. You can't buy that. The wise thing for the US Government is to make US Education first class in the world, and accessible to all American students without the burden of long term student loan debt. The current model for the US Government is to run everything as a business ... which is a completely insane idea when you consider how much US Business relies on the US Government to back stop its failures. We will learn the hard way how undermining access to first class education for Americans in order to promote a "Business Model" was a self defeating move. This loan debacle distracts from that core issue that American students should be going to college on Government Grants not Government Loans.
