Let's be clear here ... the United States Government permits this behavior from the Banks. I am confident that every TBTF Bank engages in this, because the MBAs that run these Banks all came out of the same Business School Pez Dispenser, conditioned to the same level of moral and ethical bankruptcy. It is revelations like this that makes me laugh when I hear Government Officals decrying Snowden's breach of his "Oath." Everything in this desiccating society is built on a spongy foundation of situational morality.
