Religion And Politics Don't Mix, Major Religious Groups Tell Presidential Candidates

Let's remember one thing ... the Founding Fathers included the separation of Church and State in the First Amendment of the US Constituti­on because of the potential for strife between Christian factions. Jews, Agnostics, Muslims, Sikhs, Atheists, Buddhists, Hindus, etc, were not the primary factor in the considerat­ion. Time and the expanded diversity of the American population has blurred the origins of the Establishm­ent and Free Exercise clauses of the First Amendment. Those most passionate about Religions inclusion in the the US Government had better meditate on their position a little more thoughtful­ly.
